Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Rudraksha items and bracelets. Return eligibility and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
2. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing item in a combo set

1. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our return address.
2. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

1. Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.
2. Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

• Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any) must be included.
• Products showing signs of wear, string breakage, alterations, or tampering will not be accepted.
• Customized or energized Rudraksha items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
• Minor variations in bead color, shape, or size due to natural formation are not considered defects.
